The basic concepts, such as “giftedness”, “readiness of gifted children with health limitations to professional identity”, and the essential characteristics of readiness of gifted children with health limitations to professional identity are considered. The peculiarities of work with gifted children with different disabilities are specified. The complex of diagnostics of this readiness of gifted children with health limitations and the career events is suggested.
