Актуальность темы обусловлена необходимостью повышения эффективности государственного управления, невозможное без учета социокультурного контекста конкретных территорий. Игнорирование региональной специфики ведет к формальному принятию правовых норм при их фактическом отторжении на уровне правовой психологии населения. Несмотря на многочисленные исследования, в изучении проблематики правовой культуры на сегодняшний день имеется много неразрешенных вопросов.

Regional differences in the legal culture of Russia
The relevance of the topic is due to the need to improve the effectiveness of public administration, which is impossible without taking into account the socio-cultural context of specific territories. Ignoring regional specifics leads to the formal adoption of legal norms with their actual rejection at the level of legal psychology of the population. Despite numerous studies, there are many unresolved issues in the study of legal culture today. Research objectives. The analysis of the nature and manifestations of regional differences in legal culture in modern Russia and the development on this basis of scientifically sound proposals for their consideration in the legal policy of the state; to comprehensively characterize the interrelated factors determining the regional specifics of legal culture. Research methods. The methodological basis of the article was a dialectical approach, which allowed us to consider the Russian legal culture as a unity of the general, special and singular. The following methods were used in the work: systematic, comparative-legal, historical-cultural and sociological.
