To a question of relationship of lawyers and investigators in criminal trial (on the example of St. Petersburg)

Purpose: The analysis of topical issues of relationship of lawyers and investigators in criminal trial (on the example of St. Petersburg). Methodology: Formal legal and statistical methods were used. Results: In article, on the basis of results of questioning, the conclusion that investigators see gaps in legal regulation of implementation of witness protection and the victims, are negative to carrying out an obligatory video of investigative actions, pay attention to unfair behavior of protection at implementation of requirements of Art. 217 of the Code of Criminal Procedure of the Russian Federation, wish to have a legal opportunity to appeal against actions of the lawyer for his attraction to disciplinary responsibility is drawn and at the same time, indifferently treat a lawyer secret and lawyer proofs. Novelty/originality/value: Article has a certain scientific value as represents a research of a current scientific problem.
