Компетенции в высшем образовании и на рынке труда: социокогнитивный анализ проблемы интеграции

Введение. На российском рынке труда наблюдается ситуация, когда профессиональные компетенции, вырабатываемые системой образования, не обеспечивают той высокой степени интеграции с реальной экономикой, на которую они нацелены. Социокогнитивный подход к социальным институтам как системам переработки информации позволяет предположить, что это отчасти может быть связано с использованием работодателями и образовательными структурами разных языков описания компетенций. Цель исследования - проверить гипотезу о существовании такого расхождения на примере конкретной отрасли (прикладной социологии).
