The article deals with the analysis of the current competence models of the graduates in the pedagogical university making actual the issue of the development of the model in the conditions of the transition to the Federal State Educational Standards of Higher Education 3++. The competence model of the bachelor of the pedagogic education is considered as a system formation with a complicated structure integrating the models of the professional activities, competencies and professional training.
