The article deals with the complex of the organizational and pedagogical conditions, implemented in the teaching and educational process of the university during the training the philology students. On the basis of the conducted analysis of the scientific literature and the personal experience there are defined the organizational and pedagogical conditions, directed to the formation of the professionally significant qualities of the future philologists. The author gives the characteristics of all the mentioned organizational and pedagogical conditions.
