Conflict competence of parents and teachers as the factor of the psychologically safe educational environment of the preschool institution

Based on the empirical results of the study, conducted on the basis of the preschool educational institutions of Volgograd, there is revealed the necessity of the development of the conflict competence of the teachers and parents of the children as the factor of the psychologically safe educational environment of the preschool institution.
