The article deals with the substantiation of the origin of the Unified Federal Evaluative Materials for the evaluation of the competence of school teachers. The level idea in the Professional Standard allows to suppose the potential of the horizontal career of a teacher - from the graduate of a university and college to the teacher-tutor. There are suggested the algorithms of the case’s development for the evaluation of the psychological and pedagogical competence of a teacher.
