Criminological characteristics of crimes related to the activities of non-profit organizations and other public associations that infringe on the rights of citizens, and their prevention
The purpose of the study is to obtain new criminological knowledge about crimes related to the activities of non-profit organizations and other public associations that infringe on the rights of citizens, as well as to develop measures aimed at improving preventive practices in this area. Research methods. In the course of the study, general scientific methods (analysis and synthesis, induction and deduction, generalization and abstraction, analogy) and specific scientific methods (historical and legal, system-structural, formal-logical, statistical, and specific sociological: survey in the form of questionnaires and interviews, document study, observation, and content analysis) were used.
