Cultural and genetic basis of education in Russia

Education is the product and the tool of the translation of the cultural program of the community at the same time. The last one is verified by the core of the culture, consisting of the basic values the are determined by the conditions of the culture genesis. In Russia there has been developed “the cultural genotype” under the influence of the natural climatic and geopolitic factors that makes it possible to perform the ideals of the education of the sociocentric, anthropocentric and dualistic types.
