Method of successive and harmonious restoration and design of the urban environment

In article it is told about need to restore continuity in architectural and town-planning design which is based on harmony of new buildings with the restored monuments of architecture and the person in the urban environment. Conclusion: the method which allows to carry out in a new way such projects as is offered: "the landscape and composite analysis of the territory", "the historical and town-planning analysis of development of the city", "master plan", "analysis of monuments of architecture". The method of successive and harmonious design of the urban environment enters "new" concepts into practice: a composite framework of a land relief, a composite framework of the city, the hierarchical system of dominants, building designing in the set proportion and in the set architectural style. New approach to design promotes change of training programs at training of specialists and returns to the system of the supreme values of architecture connected with harmony, beauty, infinite variety of forms at which the Person is the MEASURE of all things.
