Methodological aspects of teaching throwing technique to young sambo wrestlers

This article discusses modern approaches to the training of young sambo wrestlers as representatives of a young sport. A theoretical and methodological analysis of the results of dissertation research on the problem of finding an increase in the effectiveness of sports training of novice sambo wrestlers is provided. Sports training is divided into various methods. The necessity of scientific and methodological substantiation of training of young athletes on the basis of complex approaches to training methods, identification and consideration of individual characteristics, selection of effective means of development of physical and coordination qualities, improvement of functional capabilities of training of wrestlers is noted.
