The role and significance of learning and subject tasks in the educational process, especially in the context of digital education, is studied. The case method as an efficient way of use of educational and subject tasks is emphasized. There is given the example of a case to the topic “Sets” for the profile “Primary education”. Taking into consideration the growth of efficiency of electronic educational resources, the case is presented in the digital format with the use of hypertext links. The model of hypertext case is considered as the prototype for the creation of electronic resources where learning and subject tasks are presented in the kind of hypertext.
