The methodological basis of the all-Russian development programme of social activity of learners at primary school “Eaglets of Russia”

The methodological basis of the Development programme of social activity of learners at primary school “Eaglets of Russia” is characterized. The key concepts of the methodology by I.P. Ivanov and their place in the implementation of the Programme are analyzed. There are described the peculiarities of realization of collective creative affairs in the context of the Programme. It is proved that the methodological basis of the Programme is expressed in the common (collegial) concern, collegial respect, comradeship of generations and collective creative affairs in the process of its implementation.
