Methodological processes of substantiation of topicality of the theme of applied pedagogic research

The article deals with the methodological processes of the substantiation of the topicality of the theme during the designing of the pedagogic research. There is demonstrated the logic of the substantiation of the topicality at the concrete examples. There is considered the typical violation of the logic in the thesis researches of the external doctorate students.
