Рассматривается межорганизационное управление разработкой и реализацией инноваций предприятиями нефтегазодобывающей отрасли как форма активизации их научно-производственной деятельности за счёт эффективного обмена знаниями, информацией и получения доступа к технологическим и продуктовым инновациям. Показано, что в нефтегазодобывающей отрасли и других стратегически важных отраслях экономики России межорганизационные формы управления инновациями могут служить высокоэффективным способом обеспечения трансфера знаний и технологий между предприятиями. В этом направлении для реализации стратегии импортозамещения и преодоления многочисленных внешних ограничений значительную роль играет трансфер знаний и технологий в рамках межорганизационных форм управления инновациями. Предложена схематизация организационно-экономического механизма разработки и реализации инноваций в НГД отрасли, на основе которой возможно совершенствование межорганизационного управления инновационным развитием предприятий и повышение их инновационной активности.

Interorganizational management of development and implementation of innovations by oil and gas producing enterprises
The article considers interorganizational management of innovation development and implementation by enterprises of the oil and gas industry as a form of activating their scientific and production activities through effective exchange of knowledge, information and access to technological and product innovations. It is shown that in the oil and gas industry and other strategically important sectors of the Russian economy, interorganizational forms of innovation management can serve as a highly effective way to ensure the transfer of knowledge and technology between enterprises. In this direction, the transfer of knowledge and technology within the framework of interorganizational forms of innovation management plays a significant role in implementing the import substitution strategy and overcoming numerous external constraints. A schematization of the organizational and economic mechanism for the development and implementation of innovations in the oil and gas industry is proposed, on the basis of which it is possible to improve interorganizational management of innovative development of enterprises and increase their innovative activity.
