Model of target component of the development of bachelors’ intellectual culture by the means of foreign language education

The article deals with the model of the target component of developing intellectual culture of bachelors of pedagogic programs by the means of foreign language education. There is considered the ability of the realization of speech thinking by the means of a foreign language as a priority condition and the result of foreign language education at the level of higher professional education in the model.
