Model of development of digital competencies of a modern teacher

The modernization of the educational systems is closely connected with the implementation of the digital educational technologies in the educational process in the modern conditions of the active digitalization of all spheres of the Russian economy. The basic conductors and actual performers of the integrative processes in the educational sphere are teachers. There are considered the approaches to the creation and the basic components of the model of the development of the digital competencies of a modern teacher.
