The urgency of solving the important problem in the theory and methodology (Computer Studies, the level of higher education) – the necessity of training the teachers of Computer Studies to teach robotics technology is substantiated. There is presented the model of developing the readiness of future teachers of Computer Studies to teach robotics technology, describing its essence and structure, the levels of readiness development and the stages of its development. The model can be the basis of the relevant teaching methods of development of this readiness in the pedagogical university.
