A model for developing a higher education teacher's methodological culture in the context of the digital transformation of the university educational environment (based on 1C: universityprof technological solutions)

Modern trends in the development of higher education significantly expand the content area of the professional activity of the teacher related to pedagogical and methodological support of the educational process. The aim of the article is to develop a model of education of methodological culture of teachers in the conditions of digital transformation of educational environment of higher education institution. The authors of the article conducted a survey using a self-developed questionnaire among the teaching staff of the Tyumen State Medical University. The purpose of the study is to assess the external and internal factors that contribute to the formation of methodological culture of teachers, as well as to analyse the value sphere of personality using the methodology ‘Value Orientations’ by M. Rokic. The analysis of theoretical and methodological assumptions allowed us to develop a model for the formation of methodological culture of teachers in the conditions of digital transformation of the educational environment of higher education institution, to determine the components of methodological culture, theoretical and methodological approaches, criteria and levels of its formation, as well as organisational and pedagogical conditions that contribute to the effective functioning of the model. The model proposed by the authors can be used in the implementation of digital transformation of the educational environment of the university.
