A model of a university academic, scientific and innovative complex functioning

The article proposes a simulation model of functioning of university academic, scientific and innovative complex (UASIC). The concept of the incentive ability of the function to stimulate production indices is used in the model. The stimulated object in the model is the volume of innovation developments. The sources of stimulation are the wage fund of scientific staff, tax benefits on the profit reinvested in the interests of the main innovation activities, tax benefits on property, benefits on local taxes. Application of the model allows to simulate the process of stimulation factors influence on the volume of innovation output.
