The model of the further training of the administrative personnel in the conditions of the establishment of the digital educational environment: from development to approbation

The article deals with the substantiation of the necessity of the improvement of the system of the professional education, the retraining and the further training of the administrative personnel. There are presented the model, methodology and means of the further training of the managers in the conditions of the digital environment with the integral role of the online course at the platform ‘dist.miroznai.ru’. The authors describe the experience of the implementation of the developed model of the further training of the administrative personnel in Volgograd State Socio-Pedagogical University in the context of the cooperation of the subjects of the educational process in the digital environment of the university.
