Model of implementation of sports-patriotic values using the example of the work of the head of a sports federation

The sphere of physical culture and sports, being an integral part of the public life of the state, reacts sharply to all its changes and reflects them at all levels of its functioning - from optimizing the activities of sports schools and clubs to increasing the efficiency of sports federations. Particular attention is paid to the management aspects of ensuring the activities of sports and recreation organizations. In this regard, the priority becomes a format for the work of heads of sports organizations that would fully guarantee the development and popularization of national sports. The main functionality in this aspect belongs to the heads of sports federations, who must organize sports competitions, search for young promising athletes, and popularize physical education and sports. At the same time, the foundation of the activities of the leaders of sports federations are sports and patriotic values.The purpose of the article is to develop and describe a model for the implementation of sports and patriotic values using the example of the work of the head of a sports federation. Model blocks were developed and filled with content, in which sports and patriotic values acted as an integrating element.
