The article deals with the model of teaching the professionally oriented communication with the implementation of the innovative technologies in Germany, their specific character consists in the gradual integration of the professional and language training. There is substantiated the necessity of the implementation in the teaching process of the professionally oriented communication of such innovative technologies in Germany as European Language Portfolio, the scenario method and the technology CLIL.
