Modeling a virtual educational space for the development of students’ social and informational intelligence

The article presents a conceptual and terminological analysis, during which the concepts of «intelligence», «social intelligence», «emotional intelligence» were considered. A review of scientific research devoted to the classification of types of intelligence was carried out. Opposing points of view on the relationship between emotional and social intelligence were studied.A definition of social and informational intelligence was formulated, which is an integral manifestation of human abilities, knowledge and skills, ensuring the effectiveness of adaptation to the conditions of the information society. The structure of human social and informational intelligence was determined, including information and analytical skills, a social component, a digital component. A conclusion was made about the need to build a virtual educational space of an educational organization for the development of students’ social and informational intelligence, consisting of two environments - educational and educational. A model of virtual educational space was built, reflecting the influence of its environments on the components of students’ social and informational intelligence.
