Musical and theoretical disciplines in the system of professional training of future musicians from the People’s Republic of China in the Russian universities of Arts

The role of musical and theoretical disciplines in the system of the professional training of future musicians from the People’s Republic of China in the Russian universities of Arts is considered. The problem, occurring in the practice of these disciplines’ teaching (the peculiarities of perception of the unknown of the European cultural and musical layer by the representatives of the People’s Republic of China and its specific features), is identified. The methodological ways of solving this problem are suggested, their implementation will contribute to the efficiency of mastering the content of the musical and theoretical disciplines by the students from the People’s Republic of China in the context of education in the Russian universities of Arts.
