The scientific methodological support of the leading practices of the general education by the pedagogical university

The article deals with the comprehension of the role of the pedagogical universities in the scientific methodological support of the leading practices of the general education. There are suggested the frame tools (model) of the description of the effective practice, there are revealed the basic problems of these descriptions. The authors present the results of the pilot testing of the model on the basis of 35 regional innovative platforms of the Volgograd region. There are defined the tools for filling the maps of the practices of the general education.
