“Skills of man of future” as an essential component of professional competence of modern enterpriser

The concept of managerial culture is considered, the urgent aspects of the process of its development are presented. The concept “skills of man of future” is firstly introduced and considered from the viewpoint of the structural component of managerial culture. There is presented the experience of development of skills of man of future in the context of experiment conducted on the basis of scientific examination.
