Relevance: the topic of the temporary nature of security property is considered; previously the issue was addressed only in two articles. Object: consider the temporary nature of security property. Research objectives: to consider the judicial practice of Russian courts, in which there are references to the temporary nature of property rights, as well as the positions of researchers regarding the urgent nature of property rights.
