The structural and logical model of professional training of future specialists of the sphere of state and municipal management to the innovation activity is presented. There are revealed and described its basic units and components, stages of implementation and pedagogical conditions, supporting the implementation of the model. The results, obtained in the process of implementing the model in correspondence with the distinguished criteria and indicators, are suggested.
