Identification of professional competencies of advisors for education at the level of bachelor’s degree program

The results of comparative analysis of requirements of educational standard of pedagogical bachelor’s degree program and the professional standard of specialist in education are described. On the basis of the comparative analysis of documents and results of the questionnaire of advisors to the directors there is suggested the substantiation of professional competencies of training of advisors to the director in university at the level of bachelor’s degree program.
