The article deals with the theoretical substantiation of the organizational and pedagogical model of the networking cooperation of the pedagogical universities in the sphere of the development of the practices of the general education. There is defined its structure (the objective, substantial, administrative, organizational, resulting and resource components); there is described the content of all the components of the suggested model.
