Organizational and legal aspects of carrying out physical improving and mass sport work on playgrounds near people'S residences

The important organizational and legal issues of carrying out physical improving and mass sport work on playgrounds near people's residences are discussed in the article on the basis of modern literature analysis. The peculiarities of sport legislation, the dynamics of mass sport financing and prospects of its growth on different levels of management are studied by the author. The conditions of mass sport development in Russian Federation and in our region are analyzed, and the indices of efficiency of executive authorities' activity of the Federation various regions in the sphere of physical education and sport are presented in the article.
