Legal aspects of mass sport financing at federal and regional levels

Topical question of physical education management, especially the question of mass sport financing at federal and regional levels is considered in the article on the basis of modern information sources analysis. Peculiarities of sport legislation, dynamic of mass sport financing, and its growth prospects depending on management levels are issued, developmental conditions of mass sport in Russia and in our region are analyzed, the estimative results of effectiveness of executive branch of different Russian Federation regions in the sphere of physical education and sport are given in the article.
