The fundamental functions of the international educational and humanitarian projects of the Russian pedagogical universities in the context of the new directions of the export of the education

The article deals with the fundamental peculiarities of the implementation of the international educational and humanitarian projects on the basis of the Russian pedagogical universities in the modern conditions. There are revealed and characterized the geopolitical, educational and developing, scientific and methodological, research and integrated functions of the international educational and humanitarian projects, that are considered as the mechanisms of the implementation of the modern state educational and humanitarian policy of the Russian Federation in the foreign countries.
