Main directions of international legal cooperation of the Kyrgyz Republic in the field of migration at the present stage: status and prospects

The article examines the main areas of international cooperation in the field of migration of the Kyrgyz Republic. Various aspects of migration processes were studied, in particular, the state and prospects for the implementation of the country's migration policy, the experience of the regulatory framework. The main legal sources of cooperation of the CIS member states on migration issues were analyzed. The study examined the impact of changes made to migration legislation after the accession of the Kyrgyz Republic to the Eurasian Economic Union on labor migration flows.
