Features of the functioning of the sphere of housing and communal services in terms of digitalization

The article examines the problems of functioning of the sphere of housing and communal services, digitalization at the level of individual areas of municipal utilities. Based on the results of the assessment of factors ensuring the sustainable development of territories, research problems are stated, ways to solve them are developed.
