Problems of digital transformation of housing and communal economy of municipal education

The article discusses the concept and essence of the digital economy, as well as identifies its specific features in such areas as housing and communal services. Based on the analysis of the current trend in the development of modern information technologies in the housing and utilities sector of Russia, the authors identified the main problems hindering their active development and integration into the overall environment of the country's digital economy. A number of measures were proposed to solve the identified problems.
