Peculiarities of career orientations of master's degree students in the context of the theory of the generations: the results of the empirical studies

The article deals with the results of the empirical studies, aimed at revealing the peculiarities of the career orientations of the Master’s degree students in Omsk State Pedagogical University. The design of the study is carried out in the context of the theory of the generations. The results of the study substantiated the necessity of the consideration of the various aged content of the groups of the Master’s degree students and the improvement of the organizational and technological aspect of the educational process for their successful professionalization.
