Features of the migration policy of the Republic of Korea: regulation, adaptation and integration

This article analyzes the instruments used to influence migration regulation, adaptation, and economic integration of migration participants. The research examines legislative and cultural initiatives undertaken by the state to achieve this objective. The author devotes special attention to assessing the effectiveness of government measures and potentially promising areas for this work. An analysis of the social, cultural, and cross-cultural components of the adaptation barriers for the average migrant in South Korea is conducted. The author proposes measures for the successful integration of migrants into the economy and society of the presented country.
