Features of the balanced scorecard in the framework of the waste management strategy

The article describes methodological approaches to the formation of a system of balanced indicators that make it possible to assess the effectiveness of the implementation of strategic environmental measures, focusing on waste management strategies for industrial companies. The features of multi-level strategies are considered and the importance of implementing corporate environmental strategies is emphasized. The research methodology is based on conceptual approaches to the formation of a system of balanced indicators, developed to assess the effectiveness of strategic planning and management. A system of indicators has been developed to assess the effectiveness of the corporate waste management strategy, which includes such blocks as environmental sustainability, stakeholder accounting, economics, internal business processes, innovation and technological development, training and human capital. The scope of use of this system and the possibility of its modernization depending on the tightening of environmental and climate policies have been clarified.
