The concept of professional reflection is considered, its role in the process of professional becoming and development of future specialists is specified. On the basis of the analysis of the results of the published studies there are revealed and described the pedagogical conditions, its creation and observation in the educational process support the development of professional reflection of future specialists of different professional spheres.
