The article deals with the issues of the activities of the pedagogical classes in the context of the personnel problems in the educational institutions and in the light of education in the Russian Federation. There are considered the stages of the organization of the work of the pedagogical class, the support of its graduates during the education in the profile university and the fixation of young teachers in the profession based on the experience of the rural municipal district.
