Translation of scientific texts: learn from the mistakes of others

The article deals with the results of the research directed to the revealing and classification of the mistakes’ causes in the process of translating the scientific texts by post graduate students. There are considered the lexical, syntactical and stylistic specific features of the texts that require particular consideration in the educational process. The results of the research are planned to use in the process of choosing the information and the development of the tasks for the learning guide of the translation in the programs of postgraduate education.
