The changes in hemodynamics have been studied experimentally for pulsing and non-pulsing intraosseous pressure (IOP) in the cavity of tibial shaft using 24 dogs. It has been revealed that IOP is caused by the changes of microcirculatory bed blood filling. If the compact bone defect developed IOP decreased because new ways of interstitial fluid circulation appeared. After healing the defects of compact bone IOP recovered. IOP changes initiated the changes in bone hemodynamics.
