Training of managerial and pedagogical staff in the sphere of physical culture and sports: diversification of methodological and technological support

Modern higher professional education is evolving taking into account the key areas of social development that are associated with digitalization and digital transformation processes. Educational programs must meet the requirements of an interdisciplinary approach aimed at developing the necessary competencies and «soft» skills in future specialists. An important aspect of teacher training is also the need to take into account the unstable internal and external conditions that affect their professional activities. In the field of training specialists in the field of physical education and sports management, it is also important to take into account the situational context of professional activity and prepare students to solve professional problems in such situations. In this regard, the diversity of methods and technologies for training management and teaching staff in the field of physical education and sports becomes conceptually significant. The purpose of the article is a theoretical analysis of the problem of training management and teaching staff in the field of physical education and sports and the identification of effective methods and technologies for implementing this process. The main stages of training management and teaching staff in the field of physical education and sports were developed and described from the point of view of diversification of methodological and technological support, and effective methods and technologies for implementing this process were selected and filled with content using the example of training students in the master's program «Management in the field of physical education and sports».
