Поликультурное пространство современного университета в контексте становления его "Третьей миссии"

В статье раскрыта проблема поликультурного образования, реализуемого университетами в русле проекта «третьей миссии». Расширение функций университета в глобальном мире, освоение «третьей миссии» и стремление синхронизировать все векторы развития следует рассматривать как возможность преодоления исторического кризиса университета. Складывающаяся вследствие образовательных миграций поликультурная среда университета заключает в себе потенциал продуктивной взаимосвязи «трех миссий». В управлении образовательными миграциями необходим учет специфики формирующейся поликультурной среды конкретного региона и наличие условий для продуктивного взаимодействия иностранных обучающихся с принимающим сообществом.

Multicultural space of the modern university in the context of the formation of its "third mission"
The article reveals the problem of multicultural education implemented by universities in line with the «third mission» project. The expansion of the university's functions in the global world, the development of the «third mission» and the desire to synchronize all vectors of development should be considered as an opportunity to overcome the historical crisis of the university. The multicultural environment of the university, which develops as a result of educational migrations, contains the potential of a productive relationship between the «three missions». In the management of educational migrations, it is necessary to take into account the specifics of the emerging multicultural environment of a particular region and the availability of conditions for productive interaction of foreign students with the host community.
