The article deals with the model of the development of the teachers’ competence in the formation of the inclusive educational environment of the preschool establishment. There are considered the kinds of the readiness of the teachers of the preschool educational institutions to the work in the context of the inclusive education. There are given the results of the text experiment of the pilot study directed to the implementation of the model of the development of the teachers’ competence in the formation of the inclusive educational environment of the preschool establishment.
