The article deals with the results of the study, aimed at the revealing the professional deficits of the teachers of the primary school and the graduates of the pedagogical universities. There is considered the concept of “the practical training” of the future teacher. The author describes the experience of the organization of the networking practical training of the student in the context of studying the discipline “Pedagogy”.
