Преждевременное семяизвержение (ПЭ), являясь наиболее часто встречаемой сексуальной дисфункцией, вызывает в научной среде множество дискуссий и споров, кроме того значительно снижает качество сексуальной жизни. Современная терминология ПЭ основывается на малодоказательных методологических исследованиях, что создает трудности у урологов-андрологов в выборе правильного метода лечения. В данной статье представлены современные концепции этиопатогенеза, диагностики и лечения раннего семяизвержения.
